What are the check-in and check-out times?

Guests can check in to their cabin or glamping tent at Finns farm from 2 PM onwards. Check-out time is at 10 AM. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is there a deposit required to secure a booking?

Yes, to secure your booking at Finns farm, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or bank transfer. If you need to cancel your booking, please see our cancellation policy for details on refunds.

Is there onsite parking available?

Yes, we have free onsite parking available for our guests. You can park your car close to your cabin or glamping tent, so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage too far. We do recommend that you lock your car and keep your valuables out of sight.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please ensure that you include your booking reference number and the name under which the booking was made. If you have any questions about payment options, please contact us.

Are the cabins and glamping tents heated?

Yes, all of our cabins and glamping tents have electric blankets and heaters to keep you warm and cozy on chilly nights. You can adjust the temperature to your liking to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. We recommend bringing warm clothing and comfortable shoes for outdoor activities during the cooler months.

Is there mobile phone coverage at Finns farm?

Yes, there is mobile phone coverage at Finns farm, but it can be patchy in some areas due to the rural location. We recommend that you check with your mobile phone provider to see if you will have coverage in the area. If you need to stay connected, we do offer free Wi-Fi in all of our cabins and glamping tents.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We require 14 days' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. If you fail to show up for your booking without giving us notice, you will be charged the full amount of your booking. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please contact us.
