The Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) is an estimated amount to cover costs such as food and beverages, port fees, diesel, and more.
Payment
50% within 7 days of signing the charter agreement, remaining 50% + APA at least 5 weeks before the beginning of the charter.
APA
The Captain will track all on-board expenses and return any remaining balance at the end of the charter. If more funds are needed, the Captain will notify you timely.
Gratuity
Although discretionary, a crew gratuity of 10-15% of the charter fee is customary.
Extras
Additional costs may include relocation fees, transfers to and from the yacht, national park fees, as well as guided tours and activities.
