About Your Chef

Meet a very talented lady - Tea, renowned as one of the finest pastry chefs in Croatia.

Tea is the first Croatian to attend the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York.

She gained experience all over the world, starting from Vienna in the most famous coffeehouse, Demel, to working in New York in Michelin-starred restaurants like Daniel.

Part of her career she was working abroad and now is an owner of the famous pastry shop O’š kolač in Split, while being TV presenter on national culinary shows and running another business for custom hospitality pastry consultation and menu development.

Whether you're a seasoned baker or a novice, Tea will guide you through the dessert making process with patience and passion.
